Q) HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?

    Q) WHY CAN'T I ORDER SILHOUETTE, NANTUCKET, VIGNETTE, AND LUMINETTE WITHOUT AN IN-HOME CONSULTATION?

    • We only give quotes.
    • We are abiding by the rules set by Hunter Douglas and will not order these unless they are professionally measured and installed.  We would be happy to provide all consumers in the Greater Rochester, New York area with our measuring and installation services. For those outside of this area, we strongly advise you seek a local window covering professional or call us before purchasing this premiere product and make a costly mistake.

    Q) HOW LONG DO PRODUCTS TAKE TO SHIP? Top

    • Most of our blinds are made in the Eastern US in 3 - 7 working days (M-F), and then shipped via manufacturers own fleet of trucks. The truck is designed to hold custom product for "One Touch Handling" from factory to eliminate damage. The truck arrives once a week. All other products are shipped via ground service.

    Q) CAN I HAVE A VOLUME DISCOUNT? Top

    • We offer volume discounts on orders of 25 or more (that meet minimum square footage allowed by product) of the same product style, color, and size.

    Q) WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY? Top

    • Since all of our products are custom-made, there are no returns for any reason other than warranty repair.  Hunter Douglas has the best Limited Lifetime Warranty on parts.  If there is a defective product Hunter Douglas will repair or replace the product at no charge, but the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the factory.  If defective, there is no charge for shipping when returning back to customer.  Abuse and normal wear and tear are not covered under the warranty.
